Crossing the pixel
On our way to a Jersey wedding we made a weekend stop in New York and more importantly a stop in at the eROI New York headquarters (eROI:NYC:HQ).
While I thought the office space would be rows of dim lit desks lost in a sea of cardboard walls I was pleasantly surprised at a bright and open community workspace. The walls are painted white, you could tap dance on the hardwood floors, lights are bright & and there is even a deli.
Chris left to whisper in a cubicle? No way. He’s kickin’ it in his own office and it even has a window. It’s not a window to the outside but it does have a lovely view of the hallway.
After the tour and listening to a conference call (confirmation: he is busy) we went to a fave lunch spot, Rickshaws, a dumpling joint. If you need to make small talk on a conference call just ask him if Chris if he’s been to Rickhaws lately and what’s the best dumpling/dipping combo.

We had to hit the road and Chris had to get back to work but we did manage to meet up for some late night action. We toasted eROI into the wee hours of the morning at Chris & Tatom’s hidden patio treasure. I don’t want to give away all the big city secrets so you’ll have to experience that one on your own.
From pixel to pixel, eROI:NYC:HQ is rockin.
