Commitment Phobic Wall Decor

There’s been an ongoing discussion in the AE area about how to decorate this part of the office in a fun, visually pleasing way. Some ideas have involved plants, big patio umbrellas, white lights, and a disco ball to go with Mitchell and Charles’ music. Okay, so maybe not the disco ball but all others were thrown out there.
Clearly, we haven’t come up with anything that’s stuck — hence the reason for the decor-free area.![]()
Amber showed me this site yesterday that I totally dig! She used this type of decor in Nate’s room and said that it’s really great. Mo’s been asking for different types of ideas and feedback on what we’d like in our little home away from home. What do you guys think about this type of wall art as an option for our space?

These decals are pretty cool. I have one on my car and laptop.

I think plants would be a good start. I would lean twards something a bit more calming. The wall art is cool, but I think rugs, cool floor lams (or hanging disco balls) and plants would make it a bit more “home-like.”

Is there any way we can get more curated art on that side? I love the painted doors we have over here right now.
Plants are a terrific idea. Most of the smaller plants over here are doing well, and the bamboo is doing awesome. The tree on the other hand, is pretty… fungus-y
I’m not sure about the decals. Maybe if they are used subtly? I would be afraid they would take too much focus. I would also be inclined to put them all over the office, not just in one area. Just my opinion, though!
